10.30 pm – Arrival at Selo Basecamp
Meet the guide, registration process, equipment check, and safety briefing.
11.30 pm – Trekking starts
Begin the hike through pine forests with a gradual ascent on a well-marked trail
01:30 am – Short rest at Pos 1 (Dok Malang)
Hydration break and light snacks.
03:00 am – Rest at Pos 2 (Pandean)
Enjoy open savanna views under the night sky.
04:30 am – Reach Merbabu Summit (3,145 m)
